Pool and Splash Park Rules

Now that summer is here, you'll want to use the pool — and possibly the splash park. Here's what you need to know.

Pool Hours and Guest Restrictions

Pool/Splash Park Hours: 6 am - 10 pm

Guests: Use of the facility is restricted to Community Association members and up to 5 guests per home. If you want to bring more than 5 guests, you need to reserve the facility.

Pool and Splash Park Rules:

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the Facility.

  • Children may wear water wings, life vests or other types of small flotation devices in the Community Association’s pools. Rafts, boogie boards, water noodles, or any other items that would obstruct a clear view of the water, are not permitted.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the pool and splash park areas and at all private Association facilities.

  • Proper swim attire (bathing suits, board shorts, rash guards, etc.) is required in the pools and splash park. Cotton blend materials, jeans or thong bikinis will not be permitted.

  • Temporary structures, including but not limited to EZ-Ups, shade canopies, and bounce houses, are not allowed on common area without prior Board approval. If a resident is renting the facility for a private party, only bounce houses are permitted in common area, but will exclude inside of the pool area.
